📏 How to Measure Your Foot
Put a blank sheet of paper flat against a wall on a hard floor.
Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall. Trace the outline of your foot with a pencil held vertically.
Measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe in centimetres.
Match your measurement to the Foot Length column in the chart above. If between sizes, size up.
Most people have one foot slightly larger — always use the larger measurement to choose your size.

Do Finily trainers run true to size?
Yes — Finily trainers are designed to standard UK sizing. If you have wider feet or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up by one size.
What if my size is out of stock?

Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely. All Finily orders come with free 30-day returns. Send your trainers back in original condition for a free exchange or full refund.
I usually wear a half size — what should I order?
Finily trainers are available in whole UK sizes only. If you normally wear a half size (e.g. UK 5.5), we recommend sizing up to the next whole size (UK 6) for the best comfort.
Are sizes consistent across all Finily styles?
Yes — all women's Finily trainers follow the same UK 3–8 sizing. The Simon men's trainer follows UK men's sizing (6–11).
