You can shop for FINILY SHOES online, directly on our website!

We do not currently work with any third-party retailers, although we do have the occasional alliance with other online resellers.

Our shoes are labeled with UK sizing in mind as well as European and American size equivalents. Choose your usual shoe size. If you are in-between sizes, we recommend going up a size for a looser fit or a smaller size for a tighter fit.

It's up to you! You can rock them with your favorite socks or simply go without. However, we recommend wearing socks as they help remove moisture and heat from the feet, improving comfort and preventing early signs of wear.

No, we don't, however, our standard-sized designs are made with adaptable upper materials that stretch to the shape of your feet.

Our shoes are regular width. They hug and stretch around your foot to conform to your unique shape over time. Wear them often.

Yes, our products are 100% free of animal products or byproducts. We do not use any animal-derived materials for our uppers, linings, or insoles.

In most cases what you need is a mild detergent, a soft sponge or soft bristle toothbrush, and some warm water. Please check the footwear care section on our website for more details.

Yes. We are a vegan brand!

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards.

Unfortunately, our system does not support this form of payment at this time.

We are changing our collection every season; you can subscribe to our newsletter to receive coupons and email notifications about new arrivals or restocking of classic styles.

We ship to the entire UK.

Shipping costs will vary based on product size and weight, the number of pairs purchased, and shipping location. Please refer to the shopping cart checkout page for more detailed information on shipping costs.

Once the order is placed, our warehouse in London will process it. This may take 1 to 2 business days to ship. The exact delivery time from this point will vary based on your location and the delivery option you have selected.

Once your order is officially shipped, you will receive an automated email informing you that they are on their way, as well as a tracking number that you can use to track it. Please note that it may take a day or two for the tracking numbers to activate once scanned; In some cases, you may not see any movement right away.

Yes! Simply select the 'Express Shipping' option at checkout to receive your new FINILY shoes sooner.

The prices displayed on the website do not include applicable taxes or duties.

For all orders outside the UK, all fees required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All shoes that are marked final sale will not be eligible for refunds.

We’re happy to offer a refund on unused items returned within 30 days of purchase. Please use our return partner platform Return Robin.

Please return items in their original packaging and interior tissue paper/stuffing. If the shoes you have purchased don’t fit and you want a smaller or larger size, or if you would prefer a different color or an alternative style, you will need to return the item(s) to us for a refund and then place a new order for the alternative size, style, or color. Purchases and orders placed online cannot be returned in stores. Items purchased from retailers must be returned to the store from which the item was originally purchased.

They will be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return them in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of your purchase.

We can’t process exchanges. First, you send a request for a return, after the return is processed you can place a new order.

If you made your purchase with a debit or credit card, and your return is approved, you will see your refund within 10 business days after our warehouse receives your return.  A Paypal refund should be reflected within 5 business days from the processing date.
