Our lightweight trainers are created with cutting-edge materials. The soles provide great elasticity, grip and impact absorption. The fabrics used for the upper are lightweight and breathable, perfectly molding to the shape of your foot. Depending on the model, lightweight trainers can use either traditional or elastic shoelaces. The weight of the shoe is kept under 300 g, where regular trainers average 360 g.

You will find that our lightweight shoes can be just as comfortable as regular trainers. However, if you’ve only ever run in more cushioned shoes, we still recommend that you ease into the transition. Start by walking in your lightweight trainers, to build foot strength. Eventually, do some shorter runs and gradually increase use day after day.
